Grobnik is a track located on the Croatian coast near Rijeka. It was built in 1978. Legends such as Ricardo Tormo, Wayne Gardner and Eddie Lawson rode it in GP 500 races (the current MotoGP). Grobnik has approvals from international organizations such as FIA and FIM. In 2018, its surface was replaced with a completely new one, which is why professional riders and track day participants can enjoy the asphalt with high grip.
There is an infrastructure on the premises of the facility, which includes 15 training boxes, medical center, vulcanization and mechanical point, as well as a restaurant.
The track is located next to the A6 motorway that connects Rijeka and Zagreb. Both cities are great tourist spots. Rijeka is the largest Croatian port, which is a great starting point for resorts on the Kvarner coast and the Istrian peninsula. You can also admire the fantastic views while walking along the promenade in Rijeka. In turn, in Zagreb, a beautiful old town, numerous galleries and museums, as well as squares and parks await you, and all in the mountainous, picturesque landscape of Croatia.
