Algarve International Circuit is also commonly known as the Portimao circuit due to its location in the city of the same name. It is one of the most modern racing facilities in the world, approved by the FIA and FIM to organize automotive competitions at the highest level. In 2020, the Motorcycle World Championship returned here, hosting the final round of competitors' struggles.
The Algarve circuit will keep you entertained - it's a technical mix of fast and slow corners. Some people compare riding this track to a roller-coaster because of the huge changes in elevation. There are 42 boxes at your disposal, each with an area of 135 sq m. On a paddock with an area of 72,000 sq m, you will be able to set up a camping, where you will use full sanitary facilities such as toilets, showers, running water and access to electricity.
Portimao is the second largest city in the Algavre region and is a great base from which to explore the local beaches. The city offers excellent access to bars, restaurants and hotels, and is not the most popular tourist destination. Thanks to this, while spending your time here, you will be sure that you will rest in complete peace among the fantastic views.
